Mojave Magic
I like to think each new adventure can hold a special surprise. I long to find that hidden beauty in every day...but once in a while the unexpected reveals something truly magical.
On my recent a trip to the Mojave I was blessed with one such experience. I was driving to Vegas and the weather was perfect, so I made a detour through Mojave National Preserve.
I happened on a little side road which led me to a beautiful open spot surrounded by Joshua trees and tumbleweeds. At high noon I unpacked my X-Pole A-Frame rig and flew with the gentle desert wind blowing around me.
I don't expect these pictures to do the scene justice, but it was a magical setting...beautiful in a unique way that only nature provides. My heart is filled with happiness reflecting on the One who provided such a beautiful moment.
